- Trash Cans - avoid an automatic fine of $25 by bringing your trash cans in in a timely manner.

- Nuisance - No activity is allowed which may be a nuisance to the neighborhood and that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of homeowners lot.

- Pool cards - Pool cards are required to enter the pools. If you need a replacement card contact Vintage Management at (909) 923-2924.

Swim Suits - Swim suits are required at all pools for swimming. No "street clothes" are allowed. Swim diapers are required for kids that are not potty trained.

I have a complain about people( teenagers or adults) who live mostly in the condo . They hang around by the bridge(under) so that people could not see what they are doing . This is by the school and children are playing. At daytime around !0 am and sometimes at night too. I confronted them and told them not to do it there. Do it somewhere where there are no kids. I hope this place will not be a haven from drug dealers.
