      Architectural Guidelines help to assure a continuity in design which will help preserve and improve the appearance of the Community, as well as enhance the property values.   All improvements to the exterior of any dwelling must be submitted and approved by the Master HOA Board of Directors or an Architectural Committee appointed by the Board.  Architectural Home Improvement forms (HIF) can be downloaded here or obtained and submitted to Next Step Communities Management at their NEW office,3200 Guasti Rd., Suite 100., Ontario, CA  91761.  Homeowners can also turn in  HIF forms at the monthly Board meetings, which are held the 1st Wednesday of each month.

​    HOME IMPROVEMENT FORMS [HIF] 
       PROCESS AND INFORMATION
  • Complete a Home Improvement Form and submit to Next Step Communities Management either by email, mail, or drop off at management office. Forms can be downloaded from this page or you can request a form by emailing    Creeksideinfo@nextstepcommunities.com
  • The Board and/or Architectural Committee will review all HIF forms submitted and homeowners will be notified of a decision within 30 days from the date submitted to the management office. 
  • To avoid delays please make sure your form is complete with type of construction, construction materials, measurements, color and pictures or drawing of site location or materials being used.  Also, submit any additional pamphlets or pictures of work or construction materials for home improvement project. 
  • Homeowners will be asked for a drawing of front, side and top view of improvement to property. Please complete by showing the location of your home to the street and to neighboring homes
  • Painting your home only requires the first two pages of the HIF form to be completed. There is a listing of approved colors on the architectural page.  The scheme colors were put together by Dunn Edwards color experts but can be mixed & matched with other color schemes. For example a stucco color on Scheme #2 can be switch for the stucco color on Scheme #3.  All colors selected from approved color list have to be approved for the location on the house that is being painted.(stucco, trim, siding, shutters, front door etc.) 
  • If exterior additions (patios, pools, solar panels, etc.) to your home require a permit from the City of Ontario, please note that the City will not issue a permit unless you have an HIF approval from Creekside East Homeowners Association.  
  • Homeowner is responsible to meet all City, County or State building code requirements for home improvements. All required permits must be obtained by the owner prior to the start of any home improvement.                                                                                                                                            PLEASE AVOID having to repaint or remove an addition to the exterior of your home by submitting an HIF form for approval prior to starting work on the exterior of your home (front yard, side yard & backyard).
