GENERAL - POOL ACCESS INFOAs you may know by now the POOL RESTROOMS are now connected to the Security Gate System at all 3 pools in Creekside East Community. You will need your key fob to open the restrooms.
One KEY FOB will be issued per homeowner at NO CHARGE. A picture ID with address is required for a KEY FOB to be issued to a homeowner. All owners are required to complete a "Common Area Access" form before a KEY FOB, pool ID card or key is issued. A copy of this form is attached below for your convenience. The "Common Area Access" forms are also available at Next Step Communities Management office, 3200 Guasti Rd., Suite 100, Ontario, CA 91761and at the monthly board meetings held on the 1st Wed of each month at Creek View Elementary School Cafeteria (change in meeting location posted on HOA meeting and Agenda page on this website. Landlords - If you are renting your property, you will need to contact Next Step Communities Management 18005623885 for details on how to access a pool FOB, Pool ID cards & a key for your tenant(s) and the charges for each item. The process to obtain a pool FOB, Pool ID cards & key for tenant(s) needs to be generated by property owner NOT TENANTS. PLEASE NOTE: OLD (Laminated) POOL ID CARDS AND GUEST PASSES WILL NOT WORK THIS SUMMER YOU WILL NEED NEW ONES. Community Pools & Tennis Court Updates
APRIL 24, 2023 - TENNIS COURTS REOPENED
APRIL 20, 2023 - TENNIS COURTS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Unfortunately, a key was found broken off in the lock at the Tennis Courts and has damaged the lock, preventing proper functioning.
Management is aware of the problem and a vendor will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Once the repair is complete, notification will be sent out advising the reopening of the tennis courts.
