APPROVED EXTERIOR PAINT
​COLOR SCHEMES

     Homeowners a new selection of colors have been added to paint the exterior of your house.  A thank you to all homeowners who submitted colors to be considered for updating paint colors. All colors submitted were approved and added to the NEW Creekside East exterior paint color schemes.  The link below will show you all the paint colors approved for painting the exterior of your home.   All colors note what areas of your home they are approved for (i.e. stucco, trim, front door etc.).  You have the option to select from the 60 color schemes or you can select colors from the schemes to design your house colors, again remember to select a color approved for specific area of your house (i.e. stucco, fascia, trim, garage, siding, front door).  At the end the link are 21 colors added specifically for front doors to give it a pop of color and modernize the look of your home.

Remember to submit a Home Improvement Form (HIF) before painting your home.  Forms can be downloaded from this website and emailed in to
creeksideinfo@nextstepcommunities.com   or   dropped off at Next Step Communities Management office


CURRENTLY APPROVED EXTERIOR PAINT COLORS

 
  • There are 44 approved color schemes developed by Dunn Edwards, for homeowners to select a paint colors from.      The color schemes are available for view online at:  https://www.dunnedwards.com/colors/archive/color-ark_pro/creekside-village-east/creekside-village-east                                                                                                                                                              
  • APPROVED Color schemes can also be viewed at Next Step Communities Management office (3200 Guasti Rd., Suite 100, Ontario, CA  91761.                                                                                
  • The 44 approved Color Schemes are suggested combinations for house painting.  A stucco color in one scheme and a trim color in another scheme can be selected as your choice of house paint, as long as the colors are approved for the specific area to be painted (i.e. stucco, trim, accessories, doors, siding etc.).                                                                                              
  • ​If you find a color at another paint store that is similar to the approved Dunn Edwards color schemes, please attach a color swatch to your home improvement form for architectural review.
