Reopening of Pools

Was at the pool on Saturday waiting to get in at my scheduled time and there was a family that refused to leave at the end of their scheduled time. My recommendation is that this is a reminder during check so that residents understand the rules or it is posted and referred to at the sign in table. There were words exchanged because the family did not want to leave.

We really enjoy the 1 1/2 hours time slot for the pool. We go during the weekdays and the pool is usually not crowded at all. Is there a possibility of extending the 1 1/2 hour time slot to 2 hour time slot?

Thank you Amanda for your comments. Your request will be submitted for review at the next HOA Board meeting on Aug. 5th.
The 1 1/2 hr slot time was developed to provides more residents the opportunity to use the pool.
If you want to swim a extra session right after your reservation swim time you can if the pool is not full and this does not require a reservation. However, you will have to exit pool after each pool session so pool monitors can sanitize the area and restrooms. You can then sign a waiver at the pool monitor's table after all people with reservations have checked in. Please note the pool occupancy has increased from 30 to 40 per session.

Please go to POOL RESERVATION INSTRUCTIONS on creeksideeast.com website and then go to pool/tennis court reservation page. Follow instructions.

Is there a size limit on inflatables in the pool because someone just came in with 3 giant size floats? Also where are the umbrellas I called and still no umbrellas

Checking with management for an clear understanding of "no inflatable floating items" allowed.

The umbrellas were taken down when winds were bad and never put back up. Nobody reported them gone until your post. The umbrellas will be put out before the full reopening of the pools on June 15th.

The reservation system has ended. Pool 1 and 2 are open 6am -10pm Check creeksideeast.com website pool updates page for any changes.

June 3, 2021 - POOL UPDATE
The HOA Board met on June 2nd and voted to reopen the pools on June 15, which is the same date the State of California COVID-19 reopening is scheduled to take place. This time frame in reopening will allow for pool 2 to be cleaned, furniture to be cleaned and placed on decking, pool monitor schedule change and hiring of pool monitors for pool 2. Only Pool 1 and 2 will reopen. Pool 3 will remain closed due to safety issue with cement decking. Management is working on getting bids to repair the decking and once completed Pool 3 will reopen.

No news on any changes to current pool hours 6am -10pm M-Sun. Any changes in pool hours will be posted on this website or you can email [email protected] if you have any further questions.
